The inside is commercially finished with a 3 bay sink, a hand washing sink, a brand new 5 gallon hot water heater, 5 gallon fresh water tank, 10 gallon grey water tank, 150 amp electric panel, a commercial double door fridge/prep table, 110 (rare) electric commercial griddle with stainless steel stand, counter tops, storage racks, & brand new wheels & tires (less than 50 miles!). This is an extra clean unit and fully approved through the state of TN with an active License through 2015!!

The concession stand is currently wrapped with our business logo and is easily removed, although if you pay full asking price we will include the wrap, menu, etc. if requested.

	Used 1989 CM 2HE Supreme bumper pull horse trailer. Grey. Brand new tires and spare (less than 300 miles) as well as breast pads and new brake system-all purchased and installed at Sundowner of Tennessee. Trailer also inspected at Sundowner of Tennessee and everything passed inspection. Sturdy body. Steel. Mangers. Removable panels from back doors. Large storage area. 2in matted floors. Step-up and straight load. There is some rust on inside but nothing is rusted through at all. It is just natural for the age of the trailer. This trailer is in tip top shape.
